Mäirü is a mythical entity lost in the depths of time—or perhaps sprung from a forgotten tale—around which these ten musicians from Ciboure orbit, in search of fusion, in pursuit of unity. Blending electronic, ethnic, and folk sounds, they take you on a journey that is both musical and initiatory, a voyage where hypnotic landscapes form and shift, immersing ears and bodies in a hazy trance. Continuing the path opened by their self-titled album released in 2022, Mäirü invites you to a psychedelic ball—a deep and sensory experience under Atharri’s big top, transformed into a crucible of imagination.
