With "Yes I Are!", Papanosh opens a new chapter in its collective journey. To mark its twentieth anniversary, the quintet has opted not for a nostalgic celebration, but for the momentum of the present: returning to the days of residencies, writing together, and creating a repertoire that reflects who they are.

True to its offbeat humour and playful spirit, the group presents music that is free, lively and deeply imbued with African-American aesthetics. 

Driven by the collective’s energy, where every individuality finds its rightful place, this new concert further enriches its sonic palette, featuring piano, Mellotron, saxophone, percussion and flutes from far-flung lands.
